A green bridge was built over a road in the State of São Paulo to minimise the risk of animals being run over on the highway. The project was implemented by an enterprise involved in environmental
initiatives.
In addition to protecting fauna, the bridge provides a connection between the animals living on the two sides of the highway. To make the bridge attractive to wildlife, it was planted similar trees to those in the region.

Estrada brasileira recebe ponte verde para travessia de animais
Uma ponte verde foi construída em uma estrada no estado de São Paulo para minimizar o risco de atropelamento de animais na rodovia. O projeto foi implementado por uma empresa responsável por iniciativas ambientais.
Além de proteger a fauna, a construção também permite a interação entre os animais que habitam os dois fragmentos cortados pela rodovia. Para tornar a ponte atrativa às espécies, foram plantadas as mesmas árvores presentes na região.
