An Afghani woman named Soman Noori, aged 26, was flying to the United Kingdom with her husband and two children when she went into labour. As there was no doctor on board, Noori was aided by the crew.

A similar thing happened to another Afghan refugee, this time in Germany. The woman, whose name has not been given, went into labour during the flight, but the baby was born with medical assistance after the plane landed.
Both mothers and babies are doing well.

A afegã Soman Noori, de 26 anos, voava para o Reino Unido ao lado do marido e dos dois filhos quando entrou em trabalho de parto. Sem nenhum médico à bordo, Noori foi amparada pela tripulação.
Situação parecida aconteceu com outra refugiada afegã, desta vez na Alemanha. A mulher, que não teve o nome divulgado, entrou em trabalho de parto durante o voo, mas ganhou a bebé com auxílio médico após o avião aterrar.
Os dois partos foram bem sucedidos.
